Jenni Lund, M.Ac., L.Ac.
Master of Acupuncture, Licensed Acupuncturist

Her epiphany to become an acupuncturist came in 1997 in Kathmandu, Nepal. After receiving her 200-hour yoga certification in 1995, she embarked on a nine-month pilgrimage to India and Nepal, seeking out the roots of yoga and wanting to immerse herself in the practice. During this time she also participated in her first Vipassana Meditation Retreat and spent 2-months at the Root Institute of Wisdom and Culture meditating and studying with various monks and teachers.

It was during one of her classes that she was exposed to Chinese Medical philosophy, a moment that ultimately changed the course of her life. After receiving a Master (Yogacharya) Certificate from the Yoga Training Centre in Varanasi, India for completing 1,000 hours of yogic training, she returned to the United States, and enrolled at the NW Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Seattle, WA, completing her Master in Acupuncture in 2001.

In 2018 Jenni began studying Functional Medicine with the Kalish Institute of Functional Medicine. She works mainly using this knowledge to further help correct internal imbalances corresponding to Adrenal Function and Digestive Health.

In 2020, Jenni pulled together her 25+ years of meditation and yoga practice and completed her Certification as a Meditation Teacher with The McLean Meditation Institute in 2022.

About the same time Jenni began frequency healing work that is like meditation only infused with frequencies that help remove distortion patterns in her field to release to root cause of any of life’s imbalances. She brings this, as well as her years of meditation, and clinical experience into her sessions to tap into the subtleties in your field. She personalizes each session, checking in with your body to confirm appropriate points and treatments that are uniquely specific to your frequency and imbalances or patterns.

Currently, Jenni is studying with well known Medical Intuitive, Marie Manuchehri, in a 5-month Medical Intuition Training Course that will be completed in 2025. This course is to further deepen, strengthen and sharpen her intuitive skills to diagnose and heal your body on all levels; physical, mental, emotional or soul, including your chakras and the layers of your auric field.

Her style of acupuncture has evolved over the years into a multi-level, very specialized and highly intuitive art form that addresses your unique and specific needs. She uses pulse diagnosis to work with your body moment-to-moment which results in a treatment protocol that is highly attuned to your individual body.

Her Esoteric Acupuncture and Acutonics sound work provides multi-dimensional support as it addresses the different layers of your energy bodies, as well as helps you connect to the axiatonal grid system of higher consciousness and frequencies. This works by bringing down the intelligence of the cosmos through these layers and into your physical cells, linking Cosmic intelligence and individual consciousness. The Esoteric Sacred Geometry work transcends space and therefore is also offered via distance healing sessions. Explore her work in more detail here.

She also offers Facial Rejuvenation sessions using micro and nano needling along with red light therapy and customized serums to help you glow and look as healthy as you feel! These same sessions can also stimulate hair regrowth, improve acne, scarring and hyper-pigmentation.

Her passion for all aspects of her work comes from living a life that has asked her to follow her heart. In doing so, she shares with you her joy for health and vitality, while gently encouraging you to restore your health, and live life to the fullest.

Jenni holds a Master in Acupuncture, is a Licensed Acupuncturist, a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, is trained in Functional Medicine, Acutonics Sound Healing, Esoteric Advanced Acupuncture, and is an Intuitive Energy Worker.

I’m a world wanderer, passionate surfer, lifelong learner, curious seeker, adventurous mother, joyful yogini, and most recently a latin dance enthusiast! A lover of laughter, friends, sunsets and connection to Spirit, I walk my talk, and encourage everyone to live an inspired and passion-filled life.

Personal Statement

My childhood experiences sent me on a path of discovery and exploration. On my quest to learn about the world, I was eventually led back to my Self -  first through yoga and meditation and then via acupuncture.

I deeply believe in the power of the body, when balanced, to heal itself. My passion to understand this more deeply is my life’s work.

My Mission Statement:

To assist, help, and guide people in the healing of their bodies and transformation of their lives through the gifts I have both learned and cultivated, as well as those I was given at birth.

Through the example of my own life, and through my work as a healer and teacher, I intend to leave this world a happier, healthier, more peaceful and more beautiful place for all beings.

Acupuncture FAQs

Acupuncture is one of the most widely used medical practices in the World. Originating in China over 2,000 years ago, it is a safe and effective medical treatment that promotes natural healing of the body.

Acupuncture is based upon the belief that regulating, circulating, and balancing the energy in the body relieves pain and promotes optimal health and vitality. The treatment involves gently inserting hair-thin, single-use, sterile needles into specific points around the body. The points are chosen for each individual based on symptoms presented, constitution, and health history. The skillful stimulation of the needles directs and rebalances the energy of the body, thus promoting the desired positive effect.

Fear or simply an aversion to needles can often deter people from experiencing acupuncture, now widely considered a mainstream medical practice throughout the United States, and many parts of the world. If you're interested in acupuncture, but feel a little wary, we are here to help. With expertise, kindness, and a warm, communicative style, Jenni works with new patients to ensure their comfort, health and relaxation.

Ultimately, most people will agree, acupuncture is a deeply relaxing experience.
